SHIPPING POLICY
Physical Products:
All physical product orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will recieve a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Preorders:
Preordered items will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. You will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date and tracking details once your order is on its way.

Digital Products:
All digital products are delivered instantly via download link and /or automatically sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to avoid delivery delays. If you do not recieve your digital file within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.

RETURN POLICY
Physical Products:
We accept returns and exchanges on physical products within 5 days of delivery if we made a mistake with the order. In all other cases physical products are non refundable and non exchangeable due to health risk.
WHOLESALE ORDERS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds:
Once we recieve and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads once the purchase is complete. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you recieve your product.

Preorders are fully refundable prior to shipping. Once shipped, standard return policies for physical items will apply.

Wholeslae prices are provided. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

How to order:
To place a wholesale order, please select the package you would like listed. Once selected continue to payment. Once payment is recieved send and email picture of your ID with your order number. Allow 24 hours for confirmation. Once the order is confirmed your order will began being processed and shipped.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing wholesale orders. Larger orders may require additional time. You will recieve a confirmation and tracking number once your order ships.
